Sally Cordova

Sally Cordova is a seminar leader, coach, trainer, and author. Her personal philosophy on education and commitment through positive expression comes clearly throughout her Coaching & Training Programs. Sally has been a consultant and trainer with McKee Consulting since 2003. She worked her way through university and received her degree in Business Administration, Accounting at California State University Northridge. Through her education with various leadership and managerial training programs, she was able to learn through trial and error, what works and what doesn’t work. Sally comes to McKee Consulting, LLC after being in the retail food industry for 25 years, where she learned the importance of serving the customers and keeping them coming back. By combining her customer service skills with her management experience, Sally has developed the “perfect storm” for her approach to management, training, and coaching with a positive attitude. As a partner with McKee Consulting, LLC, she is in demand by corporations and small businesses nationwide. She strongly believes that effective communication is the most important ingredient to success in every Call Center, Contact Center, or place of business. She trains others to Communicate with Intention and teaches how to do this for Supervisors, Managers, and others who started on the front line and now find themselves in a leadership position.
